About Robert Ramsey Insurance Services, Inc.

Robert Ramsey Insurance Service, Inc. was started in 1965 by Robert L. Ramsey. In October of 1998, Robert A. Ramsey, an employee since 1975, purchased the agency. Robert has twin sons, Ethan and Evan whom he anticipates will carry on the family owned business one day.

Our agency believes that customer service is very important. We strive to give our customers the satisfaction they deserve. We offer after hour appointments for those people who cannot come in during regular business hours. We also offer notary services to our customers as an accommodation.

Meet Our Staff

Bob Ramsey is the agency owner and 3rd generation in the Ramsey family to operate an insurance agency. With 31 years in the insurance industry his experience allows Bob to provide a valuable service to the community. The father of twin sons, Bob hopes they will someday continue the family tradition and work in the insurance industry. When not busy serving his customers, Bob enjoys skydiving, hunting and training in martial arts.

Janie Hefner is our auto agent. She has worked for the agency since May 2000. Janie is married with two children. She is a 2003 graduate of Glenville State College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. She enjoys spending time with her family and the outdoors.

Becky Mullooly is our data entry processor, she started with our agency December 18, 2006. She takes pride in her job, enjoys working with and serving the public. When not at work she spends quality time with her husband Kenny, and son's Justin Sumpter and Lucas Mullooly. She also enjoys outside activities.

Kim Ramsey is married to Bob and is the general manager of the agency. When not working she enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her family. Kim thinks the greatest thing about her job is meeting new people.

Glenda Lough is our office secretary. She recently graduated from WVJC in Bridgeport with an AA degree in business. She has a 22 year old daughter and enjoys motorcycle riding, camping, horseshoes, playing pool, and spending time with her family and friends. Glenda joined our agency in August of 2008.
